Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Carefully respond to all customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to resolve issues and concerns.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Working with Confidential Customer Information: Treat customer information with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Resolving Issues on the First Call: Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful.
- Communicating Effectively: Appropriately communicate with customers, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking Call-Related Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upselling: Upsell when required.
Qualifications

- Ability to Work Remotely: Work effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Typing Speed: Type 25 words per minute.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED.
- Computer Skills: Be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
- Navigation Skills: Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Prioritization Skills: Organize and prioritize work effectively.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you'll need:
- Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: No packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of internet speed.
