Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Aviation Safety and Operations

Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our Safety team in processing reviews, collecting data, creating reports, following up on corrective actions, investigating activities, and collaborating on various initiatives as assigned. As a key member of our Safety team, you'll play a critical role in helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Safety team in processing reviews, collecting data, creating reports, following up on corrective actions, investigating activities, and collaborating on various initiatives as assigned

• Assist in the development and implementation of SMS data collection systems and other techniques that optimize strategies and structures used to determine compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, as well as standard business practices
• Collaborate with Safety Department Managers on safety activities and initiatives
• Review, systemize, and examine all reports acquired through the safety reporting system (Operational/Irregularity, ASAP, Fatigue)
• Analyze technical data from hazards, activities, and occurrences, and identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Act as a safety auditor for the Internal Evaluation Program, Safety Investigations, and accelerated hazard areas of operations
• Track, examine, and interpret data outputs from the Company's safety programs
• Assist in the management of the company databases for the purpose of enhanced airline safety
• Assist the Safety Team in any critical investigations
• Provide technical knowledge to Management on data models, database design improvement, and data mining
• Prepare relevant reports and communicate safety-related data to managers and line employees in support of the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Assist in the development, implementation, and control of the Company's Safety Management System (SMS)
• Will act as a member of the Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) Monitoring Team, oversee aircraft data collection (including Technical Operations), perform FOQA data evaluation, and fashion identity
• Maintains FOQA Database and ensures organization compliance with FOQA guidelines
• Assist in the continuous development of the risk identification and safety hazard evaluation schemes of the Company
• Prepare research studies regarding aviation safety trends
• Any other duties assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Aviation Safety programs (ASAP, FOQA, LOSA, FRMP, IEP, VDRP)

• Operational familiarity with Flight Operations, Dispatch, Inflight, and Maintenance
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, minimum system lists, aircraft dispatch procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Knowledge of Safety Management System requirements, hazard control, safety assurance, safety reporting, and safety promotion
• Basic knowledge of Crew Resource Management principles and aviation human factors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Excellent writing skills, including report writing, document writing, and correspondence with regulatory agencies
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and educational skills
• Strong technical and data evaluation skills; Ability to perform statistical analysis and audits

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in an associated field

• Previous experience in airline operations
• FAA aircraft dispatcher, pilot, and/or A&P certificate
