Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. • Resolve Customer Issues and Complaints: Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving to achieve first-contact resolution and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
• Process Refunds and Vouchers: Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests according to company guidelines, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the organization.

Requirements
