The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our business clients to understand their requirements and develop quality technical solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to frameworks and business processes to develop quality technical solutions

• Ensure that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and conform to departmental guidelines
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and innovation teams
• Participate in framework and acceptance testing
• Scope of work varies depending on the group project

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
• Essential knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile methodologies is preferred
• Essential understanding of project management procedures
• Critical thinking and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator internship experience within the past year is preferred
• Experience in resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition is preferred
• Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, and empathetic

* Experience working in a data entry or administrative role

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
