• *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues
• Splicing and waterproofing coverings to maintain the integrity of our network
• Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities to ensure optimal service performance
• Climbing ladders and poles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions to access and maintain our infrastructure
• *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid state driver's license
• A non-negligent driving record
• To meet the 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions
• The ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
• The ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
• To qualify on pre-employment screening: Technical/Mechanical Test III (TMT III)

As a Limited Term Customer Services Specialist, you will be required to:

• Work 40 weekly hours
• Hold a temporary (fixed term) position
• Be based in Kalamazoo, Michigan
