Awaken The Power Therapy, a small, heart-centered private practice in Milford, CT, is looking for a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker to join our team. Position Overview We are hiring 1099 LMSW therapists to provide 100% virtual (telehealth) therapy sessions to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

• Part-time and full-time caseloads available

• Receive supervision from an experienced LCSW

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships that support client retention and outcomes
• Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, etc.)
• Complete timely documentation in a HIPAA-compliant system
