Remote Lead Electrical Engineer
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing new designs, creating detailed schematics and layouts, performing simulations and analyses, and validating prototypes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into final products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of technical leadership and a passion for innovation. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing and developing complex electrical systems. Expertise in circuit design, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and power electronics. Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and CAD software. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment.
