We are seeking a highly organized, clinically experienced, and operationally-minded Director of RTM to lead RTM program implementation and ongoing success across partner practices. Position Overview The Director of RTM serves as the clinical and operational leader for assigned RTM client accounts. This role is responsible for driving program adoption, ensuring compliance, supporting clinical teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient engagement and care delivery. This is not a passive account management role. The ideal candidate is equal parts:

You will work directly with rehab practice owners, clinic directors, therapists, and internal TotalRTM leadership to ensure each RTM program is successful operationally, financially, and clinically. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Operational Leadership
- Serve as the primary RTM program lead for assigned practices
- Guide implementation and onboarding of new RTM programs
- Design and refine clinic-specific RTM workflows
- Ensure operational consistency across multi-clinic organizations
- Monitor program performance, utilization, and adherence metrics
Team Training & Support
- Train physical therapists and clinical teams on RTM workflows and best practices
- Lead onboarding sessions, ongoing education, and reinforcement training
- Identify barriers to adoption and proactively improve engagement
- Foster accountability and strong communication within partner clinics
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain oversight of RTM documentation and billing compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to payer and regulatory requirements
- Escalate operational or compliance risks appropriately
- Support sustainable, ethical RTM growth within client organizations
Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with clinic leadership and staff
- Act as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively
- Support long-term client success and retention
Program Optimization
- Analyze workflow efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
- Help practices improve patient participation and engagement
- Collaborate internally on SOP development and scalability initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement across TotalRTM
QualificationsRequired
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT)
- 5+ years of outpatient rehab or physical therapy experience
- 2+ years of leadership/operations experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience training or mentoring clinical teams
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable navigating operational change and ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Preferred
- RTM experience strongly preferred
- Multi-site clinic experience
- Experience with healthcare operations or workflow implementation
- Familiarity with compliance and billing governance
- Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams
