Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm Seeking Lead Attorney with Personal Injury experience in TX (Fully Remote)! A newly launched plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a Lead Attorney with 7+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience to join their team fully remote across Texas. This founding attorney will run the firm's Texas practice from day one, handling a docket centered on automotive accident, slip and fall, and dog bite cases, while directing support staff and helping build out a team of additional attorneys behind them. Offer: Salary range: $200,000-$300,000, contingent on experience 100% remote work arrangement across Texas Founding attorney role with direct influence over firm culture, processes, and growth Ground floor opportunity to lead a rapidly expanding plaintiff practice Comprehensive benefits package, details to be confirmed with the firm Qualifications: 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience with measurable litigation and trial outcomes Active license to practice law in the state of Texas in good standing Demonstrated first chair trial experience handling automotive collision, premises liability, and dog bite matters Track record of supervising support staff including case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants Proven ability to mentor and develop attorneys, or readiness to step into that role as the team scales Strong command of pre litigation strategy, formal litigation, motion practice, and trial preparation Comfortable operating autonomously in a startup environment while shaping firm workflows and quality standards Responsibilities: Serve as the founding attorney for the firm's Texas operation, managing the full litigation lifecycle from intake through resolution or verdict Handle plaintiff personal injury matters focused on automotive collisions, slip and fall premises cases, and dog bite claims Direct a support team of six case managers and multiple legal assistants on day to day case workflow Mentor and supervise four to six additional attorneys as the firm scales its Texas footprint Establish litigation workflows, case management protocols, and quality benchmarks for the new practice Represent clients through pre litigation negotiation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial proceedings Focus exclusively on legal work and team leadership, with no business development or case origination expectations Email Your Resume In Word To [email protected] Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
