Treasury Analyst (100% Remote in the Greater Atlanta area)

About the position The Treasury Analyst will report to and work closely with the Treasury Manager on a day-to-day basis to execute several tasks including daily cash management, payments, and reporting. Additionally, the Treasury Analyst will assist the Treasury Manager in redesigning current processes with an aim towards maximizing efficiency and accuracy. While this is a fully remote position, we will only consider candidates that reside in the Greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage world-wide cash account balances for multiple legal entity structures

using bank software

  • Maintain short term forecast and carry out short-term borrowings,

investments, and redemption decisions

  • Maintain records related to bank systems access, bank accounts, and signature

authorities

  • Payment maintenance including collecting and documenting support for

repetitive templates, executing electronic payments and foreign exchange transactions using bank software

  • Serve as an interdepartmental liaison by facilitating other departments’ use

of bank software- specifically payment and reporting modules and act as a source of treasury related information for internal and external customers

  • Maintain accurate accruals and mark-to-market information related to various

debt facilities, derivatives, and interest activity monthly

  • Develop and maintain various reporting systems and distribute them on a

regular basis within the Treasury Department and Senior Management

Requirements

  • Accounting or Finance degree required and Certified Treasury Professional

designation a plus

  • 2-5 years Treasury specific experience
  • Proven track record of delivering on commitments, developing deep business

knowledge, and partnering outside of finance

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities,

while remaining organized

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements of processes, systems, or

products to enhance performance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
