Recruiter - Contract
Job Description:
- Manage a full cycle recruitment process including, but not limited to - resume review, phone screening, referring candidates for hiring manager interviews and beyond
- Correspond with candidates via email, phone and text message
- Review and post requisitions in a timely manner in the Clear Co. ATS system
- Create external job postings on various 3rd party sites such as diversity job boards and campus recruiting
- Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed; communicating throughout the process
- Utilize 3rd party sites and ATS to source passive candidates
- Partner with plant leadership throughout the recruiting process
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring applicable federal and state HR requirements and maintaining records accordingly
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent experience
- At least one year experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting managing high volume, hourly/non-exempt recruitment (ideally in manufacturing or production)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or support setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. highly preferred
- Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Clear Co. is preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of products
