Job Summary
We are seeking multiple Sales and Customer Support Representatives to join our in-house sales team to support our handyman business within the arenaflex franchise system. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, and we are hiring team members to cover different time zones to ensure consistent customer support across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure no call is missed, as we want to respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally. This includes:
- Answering all incoming calls promptly to ensure leads are captured and inquiries are handled professionally
- Following up with leads quickly to convert inquiries into appointments or free quotes
- Scheduling handyman service appointments and providing accurate details to customers and technicians
- Collecting payments from customers after services are successfully completed
- Tracking leads, appointments, and payments in the CRM system (Go High Level)
- Maintaining strong communication with the handyman team to ensure timely and successful job completion
- Providing regular updates to the franchise owner on lead conversion metrics and performance
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales, lead follow-up, or appointment scheduling is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a bonus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while remaining calm under pressure
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Availability to work in a specific time zone (indicate your preferred time zone in your application)
