Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications
  • Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
