Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing data, and providing evaluation to help Pharmacy and Retail Operations control in each long- and short-term strategic planning, and the improvement and implementation of applications. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of enterprise techniques concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and retail Operations in the Retail Hub. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing data pertaining to proposed applications to satisfy the business and strategic goals of Pharmacy and retail Operations and the Company.
- Managing complex ad-hoc initiatives and analyses, as needed.
- Collaborating across Pharmacy and retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, process improvement teams, and others, to expand operational solutions.
- Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior Business Analysts.
- Planning, designing, and deploying suitable reviews and tools.
- Providing extra complex evaluation of corresponding data to construct a business case for device and operational method changes, enhancements, improvement of useful specs interface possibilities with prices and/or return on investment summarized.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server).
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and challenges.
- Experience in communicating the impact of business evaluation results on business leaders.
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns).
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling).
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format, and/or customizing slide numbers).
