The Role

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision. Your primary duties will include:

• Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with precision and accuracy
• Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
• Summarizing data for standardized reports, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring the highest level of accuracy
• Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, with a focus on clear and concise communication
