Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Online Live Chat Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through online chat support, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time through online chat support, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including product information, pricing, and order status
  • Assisting customers in navigating our website and online ordering system
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Recording customer interactions in our CRM system, including details of inquiries and resolutions
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve chat support processes and procedures

Qualifications
