Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chats, phone calls, and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer concerns and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building Relationships: Establish rapport with new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as needed.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Share information about our products and services to promote interest and drive sales.
  • Maintaining a Positive Image: Consistently portray a positive and professional image through your interactions with customers.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong Telephone Etiquette: Excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho, is a plus.
