Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a call center, preferably in a medical claims and/or insurance environment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Epic Software experience highly preferred.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus.
- Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of ownership of a high school diploma, GED, or transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC).
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed; must be able to hard wire via Ethernet cable.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance, including a workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer.
