Responsibilities

Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
