Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sourcing Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including:

• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships
• Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including consulting and advisory firms, financial institutions, and other professional services providers
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and procurement teams
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions
• Developing and executing RFI/RFP processes to identify and select top suppliers
• Preparing and executing contracts, including boilerplate revisions and negotiations with the legal department
• Managing post-award administration, including performance control and compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services sourcing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and agreements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including contract management and performance control
• Basic knowledge of legal phrases and situations, including boilerplate revisions and contract negotiations
• Experience working with the legal department on contract negotiations and revisions
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional services sourcing experience, including consulting and advisory firms
• Consulting/advisory experience, including experience working with clients in the entertainment industry

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
