The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our clients' travel plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Arranging business clients for out-of-town engagements and meetings
- Determining customers' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
- Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and other travel-related activities
- Finding fare and schedule information, calculating total costs, and communicating details to clients
- Providing advice on local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
- Making alternative arrangements for clients in case of changes or cancellations
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Provide expert guidance on travel-related matters, including destination suggestions, itinerary planning, and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and travel-related information to provide informed advice to clients
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve client issues and concerns
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and other digital tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
