The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Automotive Dealer Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our automotive dealership partners. You'll act as a resource for dealerships needing help with orders, vehicle shipments, and warranty assistance. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties
- Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed)
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
Skills for Success
* Computer, typing, and phone skills
- Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
- Solid work ethic, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Eligibility Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Available to work during the hours listed below (must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive)
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
Schedule
* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks: instructor-led training (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Eastern time) + Next four weeks: hands-on calls (scheduled during hours of operation, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Eastern time)
- Work schedule:
+ Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time + Monday-Friday + No weekends!
Nice to Have
* Degree in a relevant or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry

* Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
