Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Engineer I, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing an understanding of the quality of fulfillment center and IXD automation, and assessing its effectiveness
- Ideating and authoring validation plans from a written set of product requirements, with a clear focus on specific test cases to be executed against
- Measuring and reporting machine metrics to ensure optimal performance
- Providing thoughtful test reports that quantify and prove product maturity, and collaborating with partner teams to ensure an aligned view on the quality of the product being validated
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality-related issues, and developing effective solutions to address them

You'll be joining a team of engineers who genuinely care about the customer and are passionate about delivering high-quality products and services. Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing, including UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
- Experience in manual testing, including experience in designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in API & Mobile testing
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- Strong understanding of Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging automation technology and its applications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality-related issues, and developing effective solutions to address them
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- A base pay that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, ranging from $75,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,100/year in our highest geographic market
