Key Responsibilities

As a Payment Collection Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound and select inbound calls to aid customers in payment collection efforts
  • Engaging with managers for guidance and constructive feedback to refine your customer service skills
  • Delivering informed and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed satisfactorily
