We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant Remote office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless online chat operations and customer service delivery
- Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze monthly online chat transcripts and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize chat program performance
- Define and build an online chat service program that aligns with arenaflex's customer-centric vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize chat program insights and results, and drive business outcomes
- Maintain chat script compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Your Compensation Package:
* Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $120,000
- Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000
- Relocation assistance to support your move to our Remote office
Essential Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of in-depth experience in online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and mitigate risk
- Strong understanding of customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
- Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a financial services or banking environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
