Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering daily work orders into our systems
  • Assembling and reconciling reports
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication with various departments
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in recycling would be an asset

  • Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
  • Familiarity with industry software

Physical Demands

As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to:

  • Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Bend, stoop, or stand for short periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and perks. Our benefits package includes:

Schedule and Commute

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. You'll need to be able to commute or relocate to the Chicago, IL 60608 area before starting work.
