Job Overview
As an Elementary Math Tutor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with students of varying skill levels and learning styles. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions that cater to each student's unique needs and goals. You'll be expected to:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with arenaflex's curriculum standards
- Conduct regular progress assessments to track student growth and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and arenaflex staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session reports within a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in education and tutoring
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in elementary math and related subjects
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs and learning style

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving student outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field, with a focus on tutoring or teaching in specialized education fields (e.g., elementary math, special education)
- Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience with basic database/data entry and strong administration skills
- Strong typing, PC, and recording skills
- Reliable transportation with current car insurance
- Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone
