Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and operational tasks to ensure the success of our math learning center. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Positively interacting with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering any inquiries
- Conducting sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
- Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities
- Conducting student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
- Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels
- Supporting center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
- Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra 2+
- Prior working experience in customer service
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, detail-oriented, and reliability
- Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM
