Job Summary

As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service

- Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintaining customer records and updating customer information as needed
- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel
- Providing technical guidance and training to customers on products and services
- Maintaining a knowledge base of current and upcoming products
- Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures
- Assisting in the development of customer service training programs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
- Participating in customer service meetings and training
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
