Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist who is proficient in Mandarin and English language skills, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls
- Process payments securely and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation
- Identify and escalate priority issues, collaborating with the team to improve customer support
- Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on call center experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- B2 level proficiency in English language skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the food ordering app industry or a related field
- Proficiency in Mandarin language skills
- Strong typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
