As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with customers, Delivery Service Partners, and our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries, investigating delivery issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify solutions to prevent delays
  • Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and resolve issues
  • Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve problems, and arrange for re-delivery when necessary
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekend shifts, and national holidays
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve delivery processes

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong command of Dutch, German, and English languages (written and oral fluency – minimum C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
  • A hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude in every situation
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
