Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or live chats in a professional and timely manner
- Resolving product, order, or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing accurate information regarding products, order status, payment issues, and returns
- Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Maintaining a detailed record of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or products to enhance their experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Experience
* Freshers are welcome!
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a bonus but not required
Working Hours
* Flexible working hours with the possibility of rotational shifts
- Full-time and part-time options are available
- Candidates must be willing to work weekends or holidays as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* In-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products, policies, and processes (training will be provided)
