Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to our clients, answering inbound calls, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Taking ownership of complex issues and working with internal teams to resolve them
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Ability to work full-time on-site during our training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the finance industry
- Previous client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
- Passion for service to clients and a desire to make a positive impact
- Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
