Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, answering inbound calls, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Taking ownership of complex issues and working with internal teams to resolve them
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adapting to changes in the market and business, and being proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site during our training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in the finance industry
  • Previous client relationship experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
  • Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
  • Passion for service to clients and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
  • Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • Shown success navigating multiple computer applications
