Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced English-speaking customer service representative with AI skills to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to our customers via email and phone. You'll also be working closely with our AI tools, testing and optimizing them to improve workflows and agent efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and phone, ensuring a 5-star experience for our customers.
- Language Support: Utilize our AI-powered translation tools to communicate effectively with customers worldwide, supporting multiple languages.
- AI Tool Testing and Optimization: Test and collaborate on optimizing our AI tools to improve workflows and agent efficiency.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our customer service team.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Fluent English: You must speak and write English at a native level, ensuring flawless communication with our team and customers.
- Time Zone Fit: You are based in a GMT+6, +7, or +8 time zone, and can overlap at least 3 hours with our office hours in Denmark.
- Customer Service Experience: You have relevant experience in customer service and a strong understanding of how to handle customer inquiries and issues.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You are open to becoming a master of our platforms and AI tools, and have a reporting mindset to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Essential Equipment: You have the right tools, including at least one large screen (1920x1080 resolution minimum) or two screens, a headset, and a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers worldwide.
- Customer Service Certification: Possession of a customer service certification, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation.
