About the Role
As a Dutch Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's Big Five IT client, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and issues
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Assist customers to manage and secure their accounts and passwords
- Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
What You Will Bring
* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
- Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
- Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
