Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
• Design and implement experiments to test marketing strategies and optimize engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data mining techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
