Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Coordinator – Global Creation and Partnership, you will be responsible for:
- Satisfying programming and creation feeds to all districts, including live satisfied conveyance to partnership clients around the world
- Creating clasps and features using QCut framework and disseminating the content globally through feed or document conveyance
- Utilizing ADT, Media Search, and feed program to find content for appropriation
- Updating all VC and Fiber plans for feedings relating to the agencies
- Upholding programming by using Photoshop and Craftsmanship Chief to make and transfer thumbnails for ESPN Watch, as well as transferring content to the digital stage for different areas
- Sending out and conveying everyday live feed once-overs to partnership clients
- Coordinating and investigating any feed issues with different inner and outer partners
- Inputting cut and refeed demands into Partnership Administrator for following and dissemination to the districts
- Carrying out specialized role/obligations inside TVU Maker stage for different Worldwide shows
- Helping the Task Work area with TVU Packs and camera gear shipment for distant creations
- Providing refreshed data continuously to every one of the authorities; data, for example, Edge Store changes, Creation room changes, and so on
- Extending the scope of authoritative/coordination/support exercises to include routine regulatory methods
- Providing information on getting and conveyance of content by means of record (FTP, Hand-off it, We move, and so on)
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of related managerial and creation support work experience
- Familiarity with Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of all creation viewpoints, including but not limited to: Studio, Events, and ENG
- Familiarity with allocated areas of coordination
- Support perspectives required by every one of the day to day processes
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience in sports
- Familiarity with QCut framework
- Knowledge of ADT, Media Search, and feed program
- Experience with TVU Maker stage
- Familiarity with TVU Packs and camera gear shipment
