Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You will participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, and will be responsible for investigating discrepancies as they arise. Additional projects may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
