Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a part-time, full-time, or contract basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining and overseeing a centralized hub of current and archived data, identifying strengths and challenges, and providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and oversee a centralized hub of current and archived data

• Identify strengths and challenges and share findings with relevant teams at appropriate times
• Perform analytical and decision-making functions with minimal supervision
• Support the design and implementation of internal structures to analyze the effectiveness of current models and programs
• Utilize other technologies for data governance on unstructured data, such as Congruity
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise to cross-functional teams
• Document source to target data mapping, transformations, and controls

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
