Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, and you will have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. - Provide solutions to help simplify customers' healthcare experience. - Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Use strong communication skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures. - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience). - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment. - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary, with a pay range of $21.50 - $30.70 per hour.
