The Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Live Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via email and live chat feature (Zendesk and Intercom) to resolve issues and provide exceptional support.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical site issues to the proper channels to ensure timely resolution.
- Bet and Contest Inquiries: Resolve user inquiries regarding sporting rules, account and billing issues, and other related matters.
- User Verification: Verify user identities during sign-up, gameplay questions, withdrawal status, and other requests.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in a customer support or operations role, preferably in the sports, tech, or start-up industry.
Knowledge of sports, sports gaming, and technology
is a must.
Experience working with Customer Support tools
like Zendesk and Intercom is highly preferred.
Outstanding written communication skills
to effectively resolve user inquiries.
Collaborative mindset
to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong internet connection and reliability
to ensure seamless support delivery.
