Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional online support experiences to our customers through various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries on websites and social media platforms, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries.

  • Provide detailed product information and sales links to customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist with promotions and offer discounts to enhance customer experiences, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour, with opportunities for salary increases based on performance.

  • Contract: No fixed term, providing flexibility to work as needed, with the option to work full-time or part-time.
  • Requirements:

+ Must have access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with an internet connection. + Basic proficiency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills. + This position is designed for beginners, with comprehensive training provided, and no prior experience in live chat support is necessary.

Location

This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates from the United States. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you meet the performance expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer service software a plus.
