Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members, providing assistance with health plan information and premium details. You will work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on health insurance plans, including premium details and coverage options
- Utilize strong customer relations skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with our clients to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health insurance plans and industry developments
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, fast food, or other customer-facing environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and customer relations skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with health insurance plans and industry developments, including state-funded programs like FL Healthy Kids
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages
