Position:
Customer Service Representative – Desoto
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and in-person interactions
- Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts
- Marketing to current and former customers for additional business
- Maintaining and securing cash drawers and accounting activities
- Performing office administrative tasks, including checking branch mail, filing, and office supplies
- Investigating credit and processing loan applications
- Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Reliable personal transportation with insurance
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
