Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions
- Providing feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions
- Using provided products and/or services (if applicable) and sharing your experience during meetings
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time
- Engaging fully in one or several focus group topics
- Reading, comprehending, and following both oral and written instructions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Be willing to engage fully in one or several focus group topics
- Be able to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions

- $300-$750 for multi-session studies
