Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
- Share our menu and promotions with customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, even in high-pressure situations, to ensure that customers feel comfortable and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders, with proper training and support.
- Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
