The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll work closely with our Call Center Supervisor to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. This is a part-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather information from customers to resolve their queries and concerns
- Communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, using proper grammar and spelling in written contacts
- Follow established processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately and professionally
- Meet individual, team, and department performance goals
- Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Experience with Windows-based software and internet browsing
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Strong desire to help people and provide exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience with inbound and outbound calling
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
