Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Chat Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate customer service via chat, being the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or complaints
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving customer issues to their satisfaction
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met, ensuring that customers' issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer support, working closely with colleagues to provide the best possible service to our customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records, accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Chat Support, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; you must be able to work quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills; you must be able to identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software; you must be comfortable using a computer and chat software to communicate with customers
