About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound calls, live chat, and tickets. You'll work from the comfort of your own home in the UK, enjoying a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (UK time).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, live chat, and tickets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting, using products provided by arenaflex to resolve customer issues.
- Contribute new ideas and suggestions to improve marketing, sales, and service strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and on live chat.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or home-based environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Knowledge of technical products and services, particularly in the Consumer Electronics, Beauty Tech, and Pet verticals.
