The Role

As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the arenaflex rollover experience and providing expert support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone calls. You will also be responsible for communicating with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions, where necessary. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us refine our product roadmap and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide customers through the arenaflex rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, emails, and phone calls

• Become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary
• Contribute to our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments
• Synthesize customer feedback and share with other team members to inform product development and business decisions

What You'll Bring

* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced organization is a plus, with a strong understanding of the importance of adaptability and innovation
